Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping:

All orders are shipped out from the San Jose, California region. Orders will normally be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days unless there are backorder items, orders will generally ship all together. Shipping estimates are provided by the service carrier and may not ultimately reflect actual shipping speeds. Shipping estimates do not include processing time. Shipment tracking will be emailed to the customer after the items are packaged and ready to go for USA customers. A shipping notification or shipping tracking will be emailed to International customers upon shipment depending on the chosen shipment method. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update. 

Super Saver Shipping is usually shipped either via Fedex Ground, USPS Parcel Select, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority mail at our discretion. If you require faster shipping for your order, please select the corresponding shipping speed that will meet your requirements.

Cancellation Policy
 
As Customer orders may be processed the same day they are received, we cannot guarantee that a viable order cancellation period exists. If we are advised by the Customer of their intention to cancel a current  order, if said order has not been processed and shipped at that time, AND we are able to reach the email in time, we will gladly accept and process a refund in full via the original payment method.
 
If Customer notifies the Company of a wish to cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation request will be considered if the order is returned to the Company, with all  items unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the Customer. Upon receipt of the order and confirmed through visual inspection that all items meet the above-described criteria, a refund less shipping charge will be refunded via the original payment method.

Returns:

Returns can only be made on items in their original condition as received. An RMA number MUST be obtained first before returning the item. Please email [email protected] if you want to return any products, or if you have any questions. If an item is returned in not new condition, or is missing accessories, manuals, and combo items, it will not be eligible for return. A 15% fee or more may be charged at our discretion for all returned items. Please note that the original shipping costs of a product cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the safe return of the product. Products shipped for free under our Super Saver Shipping policy will have the cost-to-us of shipping subtracted from the refund. For items that are damaged upon receipt, customers have 7 days from the recorded delivery date the products are received to inspect the product for any physical damage, after which the customer is responsible for the damage.

Products returned for cosmetic or personal preference issues such as: LED tint, LED centering, inductor noises, etc will not be considered RMAs.

Consumable items such as batteries, lubricants, portions of wiring, etc. can not be returned unless defective.

NOTE: Garage sale items are not included under our normal Returns and Warranty terms. Items in the Garge Sale carry no warranty whatsoever, there will be no refunds or returns on these items. Refer to each listing for item condition and more information.

Warranty:

All warranty claims must meet the criteria set forth by each manufacturer and be accompanied with a valid order ID containing the product and the same serial number we have recorded. We will locally deal with warranty claims up to the 30 day mark. If you have any issues after this point in time, you must contact the manufacturer directly for service/replacement. A RMA number is required before the product can be returned for warranty.

Consumable items such as batteries, lubricants, portions of wiring, etc. can not be returned unless DOA.
