The Ban Tang Knives Evio is the first Ban Tang design available in a v-edge or zero convex configuration. Equipped with a symmetrical textured handle for extra grippiness, the Evio can be used in a pikal or more utilitarian hawkbill style. While about the size as a Victorinox Fruit Knife, the Evio diverges quickly by being constructed out of CMP 3V for toughness and durability. This knife will not flex under normal use and has a low profile for concealability.
