Ban Tang Victorinox Paring Knife (Carbidized, Zero Convex)

Modified sharp paring knife.

Tungsten carbidized on one side with a zero convex edge on the other. Tthe harder tungsten carbide increases the edge retention of the softer substrate. The end result is an edge that is highly efficient, durable, and wear resistant.
