These are Streamlight CR123A single use lithium cells. These cells are manufactured in the USA by Panasonic, who also makes Surefire CR123A cells. These cells do not have any retail packaging - they were purchased in bulk. Due to the nature of this consumable product, no returns are allowed unless the product is defective upon receipt.
